A new documentary by film maker Thomas Giddens about Deaf Football will be coming out in January. Peterborough United deaf footballer William Palmer features in it as well as footballers from the past and present.
We think deaf football has a future but we all need to work together to make it happen.
Peterborough United Hall of Fame players Tommy Robson and Jack Carmichael joined the players for training recently with former Palace, Preston and Posh player Ricky Heppolette. Tommy gave the team some words of advice for the future. Tommy played for Chelsea too in a career with over 500 professional appearances.
Jack Carmichael also played for Arsenal in another long and successful career. Here are some pictures of the day.
